For an entry level position, you have to be drug free, able to pass a drug screen test, and be of good health. They just want willing workers to start.
Be prepared to work outside for a 12 hour shift, including meal breaks. You need reliable transportation to get to work. If you work in the US, they work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. They have very good benefits. If you are willing to work overseas, you can make more money. You'll need a passport for that. What qualifications would be required to work offshore oil rigs?
It totally depends on whether they want a cook or a welder etc.
Why don't you ask the job centre
