What does an offshore oil rig actually do with the oil?

I don't see a storage tank on them, nor a long distance pipe to shore. Where does the oil go???What does an offshore oil rig actually do with the oil?
Into underwater pipelines once it is a producing well. What does an offshore oil rig actually do with the oil?
sometimes the underwater legs of the rig hold the oil. The legas can be 10 feet or more in diameter and a 1000 feet tall. The oil can be pumped onto barges and taken to an onshore facility.
The oil rig pumps the oil from the source (the earth) down pipe lines to the oil refinery to process into other products.
